Regular Internal Audits
Appier's internal audit team diligently conducts routine and comprehensive assessments, meticulously scrutinizing every facet of the company's operations to ascertain and affirm compliance with established rules, policies, and regulations, thereby safeguarding the integrity and ethical standards of the organization.Key areas of regular audits:

Code of Conduct and Ethics Policies: Review the company's code of conduct and ethics policies once a year to ensure they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to all employees.

Training Programs: Check once a year to confirm whether the company conducts regular training programs on ethical conduct for employees at all levels as well as assess the attendance rate.
- Whistle blower Protection Program: Assess at least once a year whether the company has mechanisms in place to protect and encourage employees to report unethical behavior or misconduct. In the event of any substantial ethical concerns, the internal audit team is responsible for disclosing them to the Audit & Supervisory Committee.
