Appier places a strong emphasis on mandatory compliance training programs to ensure a secure and ethical workplace.

  • Global Code of Conduct: design to instill a strong ethical foundation and guide our actions in every facet of business.
  • Information Security training: empower employees to recognize and mitigate potential risks, fostering a culture of data protection and cyber resilience.
  • Insider Trading training: equip employees with the knowledge to navigate complex financial regulations, promoting transparency and compliance. 

Dedicated Communication Channels

At Appier, we prioritize open and constructive communication. We understand the importance of providing multiple channels for employees to express their concerns and share valuable suggestions. This ensures that every team member's voice is heard, whether it's through direct conversations, digital platforms, or suggestion boxes. These dedicated channels serve as a direct line of communication between our team members and the leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. We believe that by actively listening to our employees, we not only address their needs but also cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to the company's success.
  • Dedicated Mailbox: The dedicated mailbox serves as a central hub for employees to express concerns, report issues, provide suggestions, and address potential disputes. Our dedicated management-level team reviews the contents of the mailbox, conducting necessary investigations and providing feedback in an anonymous and confidential manner, ensuring that every concern is addressed with utmost care and professionalism.
  • Ask Me Anything: Appier organizes periodic 'Ask Me Anything' (AMA) events, providing employees with the unique opportunity for face-to-face interactions with our CEO in small group settings. During these sessions, employees can directly pose questions to the CEO and receive instant feedback, and the CEO gains direct insight into the authentic perspectives of our employees.
  • Global Meeting: Appier hosts Global Meeting on a quarterly basis, including the announcement of the previous quarter's financial performance, unveiling business objectives for the upcoming quarter, recognizing outstanding employee performance with awards, introducing new product developments, and providing a platform for employees to anonymously pose questions, which are then addressed during the session.
