Appier achieves significant customer growth in SEA to underscore its proven AI SaaS capabilities
Retail, ecommerce, fintech and hospitality emerging as the most exciting areas for future growth in the region for Appier
Appier, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, today shared new business momentum milestones in Southeast Asia, as it showcases strong customer growth across e-commerce, alongside further expansion to the finance, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
Appier reported stellar growth in the third quarter of its financial year 2022, which was driven by its successful geographical and vertical expansion, alongside its solid business execution, product synergies, and customer acquisition strategy. This underscored Appier’s global footprint and success in addressing market demand for AI-powered offerings that support brands’ first-party data strategies.
As part of this tremendous growth, Appier maintained a market-leading presence in the retail and e-commerce industries, while also seeing significant traction with brands in the finance and hospitality sectors. New customers in the region were mainly from the healthcare, entertainment, e-commerce, and online services industries, driven by the fast-evolving digital transformation strategies and demands of omnichannel marketing solutions as brands adapt to the new normal post-COVID. Some of the brands contributing to Appier’s continued momentum and growth include:
- Ancol, Indonesia: One of the largest integrated tourism, hospitality, entertainment, and F&B destinations in Indonesia
- BRAND’S Suntory, Thailand: One of the world’s leading consumer products companies and a multinational global leader in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes the BRAND’S range of health and wellness supplements
- NETHub, Vietnam: A pay-for-view TV service provider in Vietnam that is the first and only private company licensed to transmit and broadcast television across Digital Satellite Television (DTH), Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), and Internet Television (OTT)
